The Levelbest 2 DVD was recently sent out via CHIRP. In some cases it does not open in Windows Media Player and you will need to download a media player from the internet.

To do this go www.videolan.org and download the VLC media player, install it, then use it to watch the DVD.

I hope this helps those of you who are experiencing difficulty.
